We looked at 4 Assisted Memory Care places for our father, a couple were huge, a couple were brand new, but THIS place felt like HOME! The staff are all so CARING and PERSONABLE, but most importantly…..COMPASSIONATE to those in their care and made us all feel like our father would be looked after and he IS! Thank you to The Gardens of Sun City and ALL who work there, for EVERYTHING you do!
I am writing this review for my wife of 44 years who passed away last week at the Gardens. I could not say enough about how wonderful this place is. From the administration (Hillary, Michelle) down to the people that check you into the facility daily(Stephanie, Pattie) and everyone in between, these are the nicest people I have ever met in a facility this large. My wife was on the memory unit & they really understood how to care for people with memory issues. The aids checked on her every 2-3 hours to see if she had any issues, the place was clean, & the food was terrific. The overwhelming feeling was how much everyone cared for my wife & that meant a lot to me even though she was only there 2 months. If I could I would give this place 10 stars.
What a great place. Compassionate and caring staff. Wish we had found sooner. My mother spent the nearly last month of her life here and loved the place. Thank You to all the staff for the great care my mother received.
We picked the Gardens of Sun City for my mother in law two years ago and it has been an overwhelmingly positive experience for everyone, especially her! The staff take time to engage and interact with the residents and visitors and demonstrate great caring and empathy. The space is nice/modest but the care level is off the charts fantastic and that’s what counts the most. 100% endorsement here without any reservations whatsoever.
A caring community and staff, that my dad can call his family! Such great love and attention has created well being and contentment for my dad. I see the respect, and focus on health, the staff has for it’s residents. There are always great activities planned, and the meals are amazing here! I truly feel my dad is in nurturing and professional hands here at the Gardens of sun City! I truly give them 5 stars!!!
Outstanding, Caring, the Very BestBeautiful community & wonderful staff! Thru the difficult times when families must make decisions, we were treated with kindness, professionalism, and honesty. It made us feel comfortable in seeing and knowing that everything dad would be needing would be addressed in the best, caring manner. Also, the “little things” they do to be sure he feels at home make such a difference! Rooms are very clean, accommodating, comfortable. The choice to have him at The Gardens was a wise one! Nothing else we’d looked into compared to the peace of mind that they presented. Thank you for the opportunity to present our experience! Recommend highly!!
Kind and caringI moved my family member in to the community a few months ago. I chose The Gardens because of my first impression with the staff. They were kind and looked happy. They were interacting with the residents and making them feel like their own family. The building may be older but it is off set by how happy the staff are, how caring and kind they treat my family. Activities are great. Everyone is out and taking care of residents or helping in other areas, including the front office people. We love [name removed] at the desk, Hillary the marketing person and Michelle the executive director. Meals are wonderful and we enjoy coming in to have lunch with our family. Our favorite care staff is [names removed]. We would recommend.
